Throughout the evening, we'll watch Earth's shadow slowly transform the Moon into a glowing copper orb while the last light of Venus fades into twilight.

As twilight deepens, the rising Sturgeon Moon becomes the star of the night, offering a chance to explore its craters, mountains, and historic landing sites while learning how different sensors, focal lengths, and filters reveal its details. Throughout the evening we’ll also take advantage of bright sky targets as they appear, demonstrate what’s possible with both traditional telescopes and modern smart scopes, and offer hands‑on help with your own gear.
